Well I've been trying to scan some drawings, but ever since we upgraded to Windows XP I cant get the scanner software to work. It worked just fine with the older version of Windows...

I've tried Repairing-but everytime it says a interrruption has occured. Ive tried this about 7 times.

I've removed and reinstalled I dont know how many times...sometimes it will let me install the software, and sometimes it wont? But even if it installs, I still cant get it to scan anything.

Im about on my 5 hr of trying to get this to work, so any help is appreicated.

Try to search the internet for the most recent driver for the Windows XP version of the driver.

Take the name of the scanner and search at Google for drivers for that brand, then find the model and try to update the driver and that should work.

Usually old version drivers aren't compatible with XP unless you update the drivers.
