ok well i purchase something from someone on here (not going to say names or what i bought because i will not disrespect them but he/she knows who they are) on monday Jan. 12, 2009. i paid the same day with paypal and all. the seller claimed the package would be sent tues. or wed. at the latest. i said ok cuz i know people are busy. anyways i ask him/her wed. did it ship he/she said no ot should be out by friday so i said no problem. friday i rolled around and i texted the seller and no response..... saturday i texted again and no response... so i kindly pmed the person and asked them if they had time to ship because i was anxious. they said no they just got around to taking it off. i was really annoying and they would give me my refund if i wanted it. i responded and said no im sorry for being so annoying and will stop and i dont want the refund i want the product. well today i got my refund i didnt want it i wanted the product... this is the second time i have be screwed over by this said person....

i told him/her i would wait i just wanted the item. i told them i was sorry for bothering them so much and i would not do it anymore then the refund comes

i'm going to make a rant thread where i bitch about unnamed members that whine and cry when they dont get their way. no names named, so i dont disrespect anyone. you can find those threads in the off topic section though. that will give those members away.


you got your refund. find the part elsewhere and buy it with that money. most people arent lucky enough to get their money back.

They burned you once and you gave them the benefit of a doubt and they burned you a 2nd time. You can only blame yourself.

As for the seller, i agree, they said the next few days, it didnt happen, then they said friday and still nothing. You should try having to mail a MO to someone 1000 miles away, then waiting for the said item to get there. All-in-all, from MO to receipt of package, my ITRs took like 2+ weeks.

Why not contact the seller and explain this to them Tell them you didnt want the refund and you didnt mean to upset them and you're still interested in the item.

the first time i sent a money order priority and it didnt make it and the post office sent it back and the seller said they had already sold the item
