    TASPRO Upper Control Arms

    Picture on their website:

    What I got:

It looks to me like the shape is slightly different, And it doesn't have that decals, I don't care cause you wouldn't be able to see them anyway but still their picture has them and mine don't.. Also there are a few scratches, Again I don't care but I paid $300 for scratched up shit?

I think that in their site they have decals.. Mine should have decals. nowhere on the description does it say that it wont or may not look like the picture. If I ordered a t-shirt with a picture on it and I got a blank shirt with a hole in it I would defiantly be returning it....

Conclusion: For $300 witch I think is pricey anyway... I shouldn't be getting scratched up shit... and it should look like the one in the picture on their website..... and it defiantly shouldn't be scratched up...

EDIT: It also took more then 2 weeks for shipping.

You do know that the picture on the site is just a representation right?

And who cares about the decals , they're going to get dirty and not be seen 99% of the time.

    - Scratches are made on transport , not on TAS' part. They have no absolute control once the item is on transport
    - $300 for both is not pricey at all! Hona OEM are atleast $150 each.
    - You have poly bushings , not some weak rubber bushings.
    - You have adjustable balljoints , them BJ's itself are pricey.

    - If you thought they were pricey , then why did you bother buying them?

I don't care about the decals. I don't mind that they are scratched. This is just my thoughts.

the control arms were separated by a couple of inches of newspaper and two smaller boxes that hod other items I ordered. I don't think they rubbed together and scratched on the way...

And if their representation doesn't look like the actual product than it is a mis-representation

Who fucking cares if a control arm has a few scratches. It isn't like it is bent.
What if I saw an ebay item where the picture did not match the product?

Then you could report the seller...
And i'm not talking about ebay.

I really don't mind the scratches

I just think they shouldn't be scratched... Someone in another thread asked for pictures so I made this one and put my thoughts on them.

So if you don't mind the scratches, that means you made this thread to bitch about them not having stickers? Wow.

Have you tried contacted TAS about them not having pretty little stickers and about the scratches?

Also, in your other thread you said it took a month to get them, but in this thread you say 2 weeks. (There are 4 weeks [roughly] in a month.)

what kind of balljoints are those? I ask because I bought a set of TASline tie rods and the driver's side was questionable/flimsy. I didn't even use it. The other side had a zerk fitting and was really stiff so I used it. I think $300 was an alright deal. I just dont know how good the balljoint quality is

                      Your lying

Here is what I said in the other thread
"Every time Ive ordered from TAS it takes them like a month to get shit to me"

"Every time Ive ordered" Meaning orders in the past have taken "like a month", Meaning about a month.

These control arms happened to have taken 2 weeks and 4 days. Not a month, I never said they did, Fuck you

Overall I am happy with what I got from TAS, I'm not crying to you about how they didn't come with sticker... I'm saying they picture has stickers and mine don't. I am not blaming TAS for the scratches though it does seem unlikely that they were scratched in shipping. I understand I wont see the scratches and that they wont effect anything. I am not upset.

i totally agree with whutface. if you buy something new, especially something this expensive, you expect to get something that is completely new. if i didn't know that he just bought them, i would think that they were installed on a car before. (not driven though, cause they're pretty clean).

i don't really think it matters that you won't see them after you put them on. what about the resale value. if he decides that he wants to go back to stock ride height or part the whole car out, it makes it harder to sell.

comparing TAS to ebay is kinda crazy because they have high quality products (for the most part) and a large percentage of ebay is mostly junk when it comes to car parts...or anything for that matter.

they shouldnt be scratched. poor packaging thats what it is. technically its bait and switch if he didnt get exactly what he thought he paid for.

and i would definately lock tite that camber adjustment nut.
