Today, I went get my tires balanced at walmart.
Normally, I dont watch whats going on..
Today, I hung around to see, and this bitch dropped all my rims.
They have plenty of scratches now.
Now, my "MINT" Prelude rims, are fucked.
The manager said he cant do anything about it..
They also broke 2 of my center caps.
They're replacing those.

Fuck walmart.

sams club is no better either (i know they are the same company) but i had a old roommate that used to work there and he would always tell me the stupid shit he has done to people tires/rims

last time we went to walmart we discovered they can't do math...even though everything is done on the computer.

SOMEHOW...their computer managed to charge us 4X'S the amount they should have. They list EACH charge, if you have 4 tires, it will show 4 same charges. And we had some like that...YET when we added up what their charges were it was different than the total RIGHT under them...WTF (the total was more than the list of charges)!!!! We didn't get tires from them cause they were being morons that day and they voided the ticket, but we still had the original ticket...didn't realize what COULD have happened until later.


I will never go to them for ANYTHING. I recommend discount tire...I like that they use a torque WRENCH on all their lugs. Last time we went, got two tires (instead of wal mart), those two wore out, got two more and the guy sold those latest two for the same price we bought the original ones...prices had gone up like $15 per tire.

we'll price match and beat any price you bring in. So we'll beat wally mart and Costco, just bring in the flyer or ad. At least that's how it works in my store anyways.

mount/dismount is 5 bucks (either mounting or dismounting) and balancing is like 10 a tire unless you want that lifetime balancing. But idk, i'm just a tech. prices might change from place to place. This is for AZ stores as far as I know. Not to mention we do free flat repairs w/ a patch and plug...not that gummy style plug that always leaks...just throwing that out in case you get one.
