Don't speed, but don't hold up traffic by going super slow. Signal when turning or switching lanes. Check mirrors often. Brake early. Leave plenty of distance between you and the car in front of you, while driving and at red lights/stop signs. Keep a nice convo between you and the tester, but don't be too into it to be distracted. Keep the radio off. Don't fart.

lol I made that mistake. I "roll-stopped" at a 4-way. The tester asked why I didn't make a complete stop at the stop sign. I told her that I thought faded red stop signs meant to "kind of stop". She laughed and didn't deduct points.Originally posted by Nas92 View Postmake full complete stops

You only have to wait 30 days after getting your learners permit?.....Up here we either have to wait 8 months (if you take a drivers ed course) or a year without the course
Checking mirrors often is very key.....Both hands on the steering wheel.....signal lights.....pretty much common sense.....If you know how to drive you shouldnt have any problem passing.
Make sure all signal, brake and headlights are all in working condition too

Look at the instrustor and do the stare and drive on em'! They love that. If that doesn't do what I do and steer with your knees. If you can drive with your knees they know you can drive with hands.
Naw but all seriousness... Eat something in the morning, just relax and you'll be fine man. alopt of people go in there scared shitless and fail the first time. Also remember to put your blinker on before you get to the exact place that you are going to parrallel park.

Your test will last AT MOST an hour. I'm sure you can handle going the EXACT posted speed limit for an hour.Originally posted by killin View PostWill they fail me if i go over 5mph? ( i have the issue of doing exactly 5 over)
