begin bleeding, i had a 89 hatch, there aint much that can go wrong when it comes to brakes, did the brakes get gradually worse or was it overnight,
either way if its dipping on the left side, you either got a draggin caliper or the only one working on the car, bleed it or put a fat person in the passenger seat

its more then just the dipping though, they are barely working on any of the four wheels. and the passnger side isn't working at all... still over night rust on the rotor

definitely check the condition of brake pads/shoes, calipers n make sure the boots are fine,
the dipping is only due to one caliper working

If there's rust on the rotor after driving it, there's definitely something wrong. Make sure you still have pads!

i probably should have mentioned thisa before lol, but the brakes went JUST after my bearring let go the other night, i have since then changed the bearring, and looked over my brakes, but there is nothing physically wrong with them that i can see... its almsot like i blew a brake line and there is a TINY bit of fluid left in it to get enough brake to get home if that makes sense to anyone ahha. but the master cyl is full... and yes deev, the pads are still in there lol

alright, so i checked my pads and eveyrthing they are all fine, i bled the lines, no air came out, just brake fluid. STILL NO BRAKES!!! i am out of ideas, the fluid is fine, no leaks that i can see, i checked all the lines i could get to which are damn near all of them, still the same damn thing, very little brakes and dipping to the left and when i was bleeding them, i could visually see the calper on the pass. side gripping the rotor and the line moving a bit from the pressure of the fluid. im at a loss
