Hello all, I've been at Motorola for a few months now and I love every minute of it
I wake up in the morning and can't wait to go to work, it's awesome

I wish I felt the same way for my week job. My weekend job is great, it's at a skatepark.

Fortunately I may be getting a new 9-5, M-F job in the near future though.

i love my job, even though i hate it.

they pay me well, they work around whatever hours i decide, allow me to work from my school campus, im a "senior" so they tend not to bother me about anything.

the only downside is that its SO BORINGGGGGG being stuck in a slow bank branch, without internet access (firewall..) sitting there tends to get old VERY quickly.

I like my job more than I should. I do foreclosure inspections... so I have to knock on doors unanounced and interview people that are losing their homes. However, the majority of my job is driving around seeing new places, listening to music, and just relaxing. Many of the people I meet are really cool. The pay is also not too bad.
I generally make my own hours, as long as I can stick to my deadlines.

The downside is that when I'm busy, I'm BUSY. 110 hours a week isn't uncommon. I'm techially self-employed, and I have nobody working for me yet... so when I get sick, tough shit. The work has to get done, or they'll find someone else to do it! So I work sick. I pay my own taxes, including a hefty self-employment tax (I think they hit me for $5000 last year... this year will be more). I also pay for my own expenses... including my $15,000 2009 Fit that currently has 70,000 miles on it... and I got it last October!


This job will get me back to school. Then I'll be a marriage counselor. There's only one thing that I do better than driving, and that's counseling.

I'm a 911 operator, its.. mehhh. Most people just yell at you or bitch at you, only very few people actually thank you. Money and free benefits is alright though

I love my job. I'm a Systems Engineer at Dell.

I'm sad that it's only a contract though. 1000 hours or 6 months left...

I work at Discount Tire Co. Job is good, pay is alright for being a college job. Right now its hell b/c its 110+ outside but other than the 2 months out of the year, its fine. I'm going to ASU during the year and they're pretty flexible w/ hours and stuff. Plus its less than a mile away from my house, so if my car breaks, I can just ride my bike to work, passing a nice fake lake w/ ducks by my house lol.

I start my new job Monday making CarbonFiber rowing boat parts and some CnC making the molds. I gonna see if I could make some car parts too.

Last 8months, Ive been doing the Mr MOM thing.

United States Army 5 years in Oct. Right now I am at a reclass school and getting paid to look at the teacher . 22 year old E-4....I do IT (network admin) for the army. If there is anything I love to do that is work on computers...and of course my lovely CB7

I loved the job I got laid off from...conductor for CN. Rail...loved going into work...I'd work 16 hours whenever possible

I don't mind my current job...12 hour continental shifts get old...but the job easy and the pay is pretty good...it'll hold me over till I get back on with thr railway
