Looks really flimsy. Is there a way to tighten it up so it's not so notchy?

I was just there and I saw it. It still needs bit more work but the car is coming along nicely.

It was taped in there.. to see if it worked.. I made a steel mount and metal hinge for the cover... I will post a final video when the car is done.
