I got an email saying that I exceeded my photobucket limit, and that it won't reactivate again for like a month. I deleted a lot of photos, and am below the limit now, but it's still not working. Is there anyway to speed up the recovery process?

It really had nothing to do with the amount of pictures on there... just the amount of times they were viewed. Every time someone views a thread you posted in, they're technically downloading your sig pics from photobucket. Post 5 times on a single page, and each person, with each view, is downloading 10 pictures.
It adds up QUICK! That's the reason we don't have avatars... they're saved to the CB7tuner server, and our bandwidth usage goes through the roof.
Think of bandwidth as cell phone minutes.
You're boned for a month. Find a new image host, steal an image from Google, or go with a text sig for a while.

Make another account. I don't know if that would work or not but I would think it would unless they are going by the IP address and not your email.Comment

True. I've got more than one account at some sites with no problems but then again i've never been locked out of it because of exceeding the bandwidth so I guess i've never posed a problem for them.Comment

It's like this site. I know of a few people that have a few accounts... but if any of them are ever used to avoid a ban, I'll ban and IP ban all of them.
Granted, I'm a vindictive bitch. Photobucket probably isn't like that.
