CF flushmount???

im about to start production on making carbon fiber flushmounts right out of my garage.... the few that im going to start making are the ones just like the FOHA flushmount i had on my cb...
heres a pic of what it looked like....
note it was a little small but i will be extending it to fit the complete trunk






how much would you pay for this???? just out of curiousity

i was thinking of shaving the Honda H logo in the middle of the trunk lid, would you be able to make a flushmount where that section isn't cut away like in the picture?

i could but that would cost a bit more.. the cost of carbon kevlar has unfortunately gone up a substantial amount so the cost of production would be more also

i say, if you've got the materials at your disposal and you're willing to give it a shot, try it out and see how they turn out. then, depending on how the CF spoiler looks, everyone will be able to judge for themselves if they'd be interested or not.

you could also set your flushies on other CBs, with different color schemes and mods, to see how they compare with one another. that will hopefully inspire others to order them.

Unless you give a few away for free or cheap, youd have to test fit, and wear and see how they do on the highway and what-not.

yeah they will be bolt on so holes will need to be drilled on the trunk... i will be making a template to add into the packaging to make the drilling and measuring easier

I say make some CF but also make some out of fiberglass too so people can have a choice if they want to paint them.

The design is ok, but I'd like it better if it didn't hug the honda logo so tightly.

if you can make a CF version of that, might as well make a CF version of something of your own design that looks good.
