gambling with stupids

you ever go to a casino with friends who DONT know how to play a game???

heres my story from the night.....

i went to the casino down the street from my house...(me n tommi got a lil sloshed there)

i was playing texas shoot out...betting 20$ per hand....and 10$ per bonus (table minimum is 10 hand 5 bonus)

so an hours gone by...and my buddy and a girl i know who were hovering over me watching *trying to learn how to play* say to me "why bother with the bonus....you havent won from that in like 15 hands??"

so basically i said fine, if it makes you happy ill take it off......

dealer gives me my 4 cards...i pick the king and jack of spades.....

he takes his 2 cards...flips the 5 community cards.....

queen of spades
10 of spades
ace of spades
8 of hearts
3 of diamonds

.....a fucking royal fucking flush...first time in my life ive EVER seen it dealt....let alone dealt to me...and i didnt bet the bonus..wich is basically the ONLY way to win on that...

in the end...everyone at the table who bet on the bonus (all of them by the way...) won 75$ for me getting a royal flush.....me on the other hand...i only got 10$ for beating the dealers hand.....had i bet that fucking 10$ that my 2 friends told me not to bed i woulda won 750$.....

never again am i listening to friends who dont know how to fucking play a game!!!!

That's gotta suck. I don't really gamble at all though. Maybe every now and then with small amounts just to make football games or something more interesting but that's about it.
