Take the oil cap off to see if the cams move when you crank.

It answers my question " Are you in a safe location sir?"

      .....

But the only way you can bend your valves is if you break your timing belt.

Did you get it running, Henry?

Check your battery terminals. Make sure they're not covered in corrosion, and that the cables aren't loose. I've had my car cut out while driving due to that.

Hey Henry if its no spark, call me. I have plenty of ignitor modules hanging around. And if you need a tow, call me. I have a tow dolly.

I checked everything over yesterday..and took off the valve cover..inspected the springs and valves.

I feared the worst though..the timing belt jumped a tooth..because the auto tensioner gave out.

I ripped everything apart and by midnight last night...I was ready to get at the water pump.

Fast forward nearly 9 hours later and I had the car completely apart..new parts are already with the car..and now I'm just waiting on the auto tensioner..didn't want to convert to a manual since it was too time consuming to get the exact parts.

Tensioner arrives tomorrow and hopefully everything will be put back together by tomorrow's end.

Luckily I didn't bust up any of the valves. I got pictures that I'll try and post up sometime later.

Mind you..this is my FIRST timing belt job.

Man, that sucks! Hopefully nothing is damaged, and you managed to get it all together properly!

At least you know the problem.
