    I love/miss my cb7

For the past couple months the CB has been dead in my driveway... I bought a toyota pickup a couple of months ago and its been good to me. today I threw the cb back together and drove it around the block.. Barley running and in horrible need of a valve adjustment (cause i fucked them up) and with repetitive fast idle thing going on and with close to no brakes (pedal to the floor and you start to kinda slow down)... And I loved it, It makes me feel bad that I paid $3000 (that i really couldnt afford) for my truck and I enjoy driving my fucked to death cb alot more.

    Heres the truck btw

It the truck had better suspension it wouldn't be so bad it feels like the tires are bolted straight to the frame... A bump in the road you wouldn't even notice feels like a head on collision in the toyota,

Edit: Not to mention the toyota get a whole fucking 14MPG

shoulda put the 3k into the cb man! lol
You don't have to like what he did, but I would hope that you can appreciate the time, money and love that went in to the build. If you can't, you're not really an enthusiast, just another dumb kid with a car.-visualpoet

The cb is beyond repairable condition. (in my situation)

It would cost more than its worth to repair it, Almost everything on the car is in bad condition. Body Suspension Engine Interior. I'm gonna do a valve adjustment and try spruce it up a bit, Replace anything thats worth anything (Tas pro upper control arms, Sterio ect.) back to stock and sell it for whatever i can get

You might look back a year later and wish you'd just kept it. The way you describe it, are you going to get more than a couple hundred for it anyhow? I'd just park it in the back and throw a few dollars into a jar every week. Before you know it, you'll have enough to do some real work on it. Tune the engine back up and you'll be able to get 30mpg+ and save all that gas money your wasting on the Yota.
