The only bad thing about the E39 M5 is that it wasn't hand-built like the previous model. It's just a normal production M5 with a beast of an engine.
Not that I wouldn't mind one myself! I was seriously considering that one I showed you a while back, Dean!
I honestly have too many to list.
Starion
Just about every Skyline generation
75 Celica
Almost every BMW and Mercedes I've ever seen at some time or another
I don't know if I could really pick a favorite!
yea, the previous gen was badass too, shit, i saw a mint black 1988 M5 for sale, just under $8k. If i was rich, i would buy an M5 from every gen and keep them in my climate controlled garage
Mike, you shoulda bought it, I keep hoping to find one that cheap close to me but no luck

That thing had like 180k on it though!
If I'm going to get a car that's going to crap out on me, it'll be a 1984 Skyline GT-S Turbo. Hell, that'd probably be cheaper to fix than the M5!

fuck, 180k??? They can keep that ship. I can buy a clean 740 for what that was going for

I'd rather buy an S600 and boost it (or swap in the newer boosted V12)
I heard that the 7 series kinda sucked in the past 15 or so years.
good estimate but there something about a E38 740 Sport that i cant deny. I think i might own one of those before the M5.
Even with the know probs Im still a die hard bmw fanboy and will always be.
