I've seen this before. When I was younger, me and my friends would always go to the skating rink every friday, or saturday. (whichever night was white-night)

I remember seeing a guy do this with glowsticks in his hands...I never fully understood it. It looked stupid as hell. He would walk around doing that shit the entire time. If he were sitting, he'd be doing it. If he were standing, he'd be doing it. If he were rolling around, he'd be doing it. Hell, if he was standing with a group of people talking, he'd be doing it.


Why? I don't understand this...twirling glowsticks around deal.
