Richie, keep in mind that the swine flu is no more dangerous than the regular flu. Not that it's anything to be taken lightly, but he should be fine. Keep him hydrated, keep a close eye on his temperature (I assume it's between 101 and 103?) And if anything gets worse, get him to the hospital!

At his age, which as much as he is throwing up, it may be essential to take him to the hospital. If need be, they can put him on an IV and keep him hydrated, even if he can't keep anything down.
