Hmmm.... when I turned 21...

- Breakfast in bed from my fiance.
- Lunch with her and some friends. Fiance bought my lunch, friends bought me beer.
- Went bowling. Bowling place paid for 5 of my games, friends bought the rest.
- Went to collect gifts from family.
- Dinner with fiance, friends, and my mom. Mom bought my dinner. Friends bought beer. Fiance bought my margarita. Restaurant bought my desert.
- Party at a friends house.


Drank a lot of alcohol that day. I can probably count on one hand how often I've drank since then.


I had no liquid cocaine. I feel left out.

nah, J/k...kinda. my friends have a tradition of drinking a 4 horseman as your first shot when you turn 21. it's a double shot glass with a half-shot each of jim beam, jack daniels, johnnie walker red, and jose cuervo. it's essentially a three wise men shot plus a mexican it actually works together pretty well. also, try an irish car bomb (my favorite drink); a shot of bailey's irish cream dropped into a pint of guinness and you have to chug it all before the guiness curdles the cream. if you are slow or wait too long you will throw up, but if not it tastes amazing. it leaves you with just an aftertaste of bailey's.

just remember: tonight is not about drinking good, expensive craft beer or fine wine. tonight is about getting fucked up, doing stupid shit, and having an excuse in the morning. there isnt another night like that until your batchelor party

Anyway... I turn 21 on January 9th, I dont plan on drinking at all since my wife is only 18 and she cant go with me, and I dont want to leave my daughter with my family while I go out and party... If your single and dont have to work the next day and you have friends to care for you if you get too drunk than go for it but try to make wise decisions when drinking or you could end up not seeing your next birthday....Drink responsibly
