sorry, im not trying to be a dick or anything...but you should be paying attention while driving...everyone knows the saying "every action has its consenquence" not paying attention = speeding, resulting in a ticket...

you should know the difference from 103 to 55mph...

maybe if you got a ticket for 65 in a 55....i could understand trying to dispute it.....but cmon....103....

thanks bro, at least someone understand what i was trying to do. an i wasnt racing everyone, i was the only car on the highway at the time(i get off at 1:15) no one is on the road at that time. i just punched it an was just gonna speed on the ramp. i was in full control of the car an what i was doing, the only thing i didnt do was look down at the speedo untill it was to late

Yea, ummmm, you sir, are a jack ass. Did you read the first post at ALL! He owned up to it, he didn't blame the cop, he knows what he was doing, he was paying attention. If you are going 103 mph, you know it. Especially on an on ramp.

OP, you are doing the smart thing fighting it. It'll save you the damage to your wallet and driving record.

Was it a good choice? Sure, considering you were the only one on the road. Have fun if you want, after all, you only live once.

Was it legal? No, but a lot of things aren't these days. Do we still do them? Yes.

I've done well over 140 in the CB, took it past the speedo numerous times. Shit, I did over 160 in my SR20DET swapped G20. My TomTom told me so. If you have an open road ahead of you, you're alone, you're willing to take the risk, then go for it. It's all in good fun.
