here you go. i had been trying to find a guide for the unlocks since i got the game, and came across this last month....tells what all you have to do for each and every title and emblem.
for your unlock this is what you need to do.
"Overdraft” – Get a Payback that sticks to the victim.
(stick some one with cemtex)
