You can replace the rear 1/4 glass yourself too. A few bolts and it slides right out. Installation is the reverse, and just as simple.

That'd be the most awesome thing to see in the grocery store parking lot. Some dude just smash through his windshield and be like, aha! I've got the keys! Then climb in through the windshield and drive off.

I know what you are saying. Your talking about all cars. Yea my father-n-law bought a mercury sable cheap to resale. The lady that owned it had busted it out thinking it would be cheaper to replace. The little back window was $1200.00 new, not installed. It wasnt the glass it was the molding that was pre made to the glass. I went and cut one out at the jy and siliconed it in.

people think that the smaller window would be cheaper to replace, but its usually the other way around... Those little windows are EXPENSIVE

ive locked my keys in before..called BCAA to get the door open for me..expected him to use a slim jim, but instead he used a small plastic door wedge looking thing...stuck it into the top of the door and lightly hammerd it in giving the door enough play to get a small hood and just pull the lock up with the hook...never seen it done that way before...but was pretty cool and easy...took him less then 10 seconds.
