It has a new front bumper, back fin, new part under the hood (dont know what its called), good title, new back seat, sunroof (doesnt leak) nice rims and tires, good tags, it also has after market stablizer bars in the front and back ( helps suspention for cornering and traction)... needs a window motor, bulbs, and some fuses for speedo. as you know hondas will last 300000 miles with a little tlc very cheap to get fixed.........1300.00 or best offer

sadly, you're both probably right. Most likely installed an aftermarket cooling fan, to cool the cooling fan...hmm...
