i didnt even chuckle. is it me or does the grapefruit launcher car have a warped tire? ive seen that cb7 somewhere before too. the gold emblems shit..he is just being a cheap ass hater. ummmmm the regular octane on a high octane car is just dumb. eh i dunno...the article wouldve been better 10 years ago

There was a CD that came with gold emblems from the factory.

And a wing CAN help a FWD car... however, only when used by someone that understands what they are doing with it (which is probably only a fraction of the people on race tracks, and nobody on the street...)

Theres nothing wrong with gold emblems. They arent trying to make the car look faster but add a sense of luxury and style.

Not that i like them but thats what they're there for.

I'll take gold emblems over "turbo" on an NA car anyday!

there are a few cb's that came with gold emblems. ryaniskingofyou has a set on his SE and they look great on the dark blue-green of his car.

his arguement about rear wings on FWD cars one was funny too, especially when there are cars like this that use a rear wing with great success:

But yeah, stabilizing the rear is important on road race cars. I've had the rear of my car become unweighted before, and it causes it to get just as squirly as a problem with the front. Regardless of which wheels are actually propelling the car, proper traction with al 4 tires is necessary for successful handling.

i agree, some cars look nicer than others with them. It sets them apart from the other because everyone has the normal silver emblems. IMO I like the gold emblems on black paint.

yes agree with the wing and we all know that like no one on the street
actually uses them for their purpose. I have seen a unlimited class circuit scion tc with both a front and rear wing, yea i said front lol it was pretty cool though, it was turbo'd and it had i think around 450 or 500 hp. i will try and find the pics i took of it.

yea and notice the front diffuser that works like having a wing in the front that adds downforce to the front for improved traction, if there was only an added amount of downforce in the rear it would equal less down force on the front wheels/less traction.
