thats not the point, millions of cars can wh0mp a cb7 but doesnt mean i have to repect them all. it is HIS opinion and if its a shitty one then so be it.

the car sounds like its about to rattle itself apart, def. sleeper but it doesnt sound good.

I think since he spent so much on the motor swap he should get that thing looking mint again. and also a decent suspension setup would be a very nice addition

Id love to find an Rx3 here in the US..so far I've seen one..and I passed it by one day can't remember when though. My stepdad had this old ass advertising page on it from a Rolling Stone Magazine from 1977. I came across it when I was around 16. There seems to be more in the Land Down Under then anywhere else in the world.

not true......a blown h22a making 240whp is gonna make a LOT more torque than one making 240whp N/A......compare 2point6's dynos to someone that's blown making similar hp...the torque curve is much fatter too......turbos mimic greater displacement......





how do you figure that?
supercharger's use the engine's power to make power....they're parasitic.....they also create more heat than a properly set up turbo system......require more maintenance, blah blah....turbos use WASTED ENERGY, i.e., exhaust energy, to make power.......they are easier to get into an engine bay too, especially on 4cylinder cars.....don't need that hood/firewall clearance and front-end clearance is easier to make......they also make more power throughout the powerband OVERALL.......superchargers are run by the engine and are limited that way......a turbocharger can spin independently of the engine.......and lag is and never was as big of an issue as people wanted to believe....now, with super efficient intercoolers/turbos with ball bearings, etc, lag is nearly non existent.......

I gotta say soy you are pretty wrong about that. that 3 rotor is VERY lively and responceive. notice how FAST it reved from a start? all it did was spin the tires through the first 2-3 gears and smacked the rev limiter as soon as he floored it. that's far from a laggy engine.

*edit* I've heard a few rotorys that sound like motor cycle engines! from idle to redline in a split secound!
