    Trade my integra...

For a 1992 acura legend LS 5 speed coupe

Its an LS so: Dual power seats, dual heated seats, memory seat settings, digital climate control

Not to mention its a rare 5 speed and the rear windows roll down in it which is just awesome

Unfortunatly its not a type 2 6 speed but its still nice

Think its worth trading my integra for it? Im just really indecisive.

    The car

IMO your Integra has a lot more potential performance-wise and is a bit cheaper to work on. But the Legend is going to be a nicer vehicle stock for stock.... as long as there is nothing wrong with it. I personally would buy something newer. It is a nice car but cars of that age normally need a lot of maintenance, even Hondas, which gets pretty expensive unless you like turning wrenches on the weekends.

yeah but they're so damn awesome. up to you man, but i think legends have just as much potential as the DA actually, it all just costs more.

        life is good.

How are the seats in the Legend? I see seat covers, which could mean something bad.

Personally, I'd stick with the Integra. I'm too much of a spirited driver and a Legend doesn't really fit it that well. It all depends on what you want out of a car.

x2 on the interior. How many miles? Any issues?

Id hold out for a type2 but i dont know....Get outta the 90s man. Save up and you get you a nice 6G coupe.

The guy says theyre ripped up but im not sure how bad

After driving that 2010 acura TL around i just really wanted somthing nicer

Im not looking for entirely preformance anymore but some nice features and luxury

I loved how the TL was so quite and smooth yet handled great

Also: its not like i have money to make my integra faster and this car is already faster and a 5 speed which i really want again. ( man do i wish it was a 6 speed )

Go for it. I'd check out the seats, mileage, etc. though.

Yeah the seats arent a big deal, he says it has 126k on it

                  Compared to my integras 299k

                      Legend coupes are so classy.

Looks like the clearcoat is starting to go. The seats really aren't an issue, because Legend coupes are pretty common between our local junkyards.

Aren't these motors infamous for headgasket failure? Have you driven it yet?

Get it and rejoice the torque. The 5 speed legend would probably be worth more down the road than your Integra if you decide to sell.

Yeah the clearcoat is going a little, its rare to find one that isnt though

And seats yeah thats easy to find, and i could even get seats from other nicer cars because its already wired for power seats ( like an acura CL type S )

Yeah theyre known for head gasket failures but thats a chance im willing to take, i have the knowlege and facilities to replace one if it fails anyways.

Thats a good point, i didnt even think of resale value

I just got off the phone with him again asking some more questions about it

                          Everything checks out exept....

He dosent think the timing belt has ever been changed

Thats a pretty big red flag but as long as its still running i can always replace it and everything will be good again
