I used to watch a lot of anime. Still love watching Macross, any thing with Lupin the thief, Record of Lodoss War.

I was watching Queens blade on Netflix but thats just all fan service. I swear there are tits every other minute. Outlaw Stars is another good classic, same with anything Tenchi Muyo.

Inuyasha dub is okay, they have a decent cast.

Ghost in A Shell has a good dub series.

The Akira re-dub is essential, the original sub and dub was poorly executed and SO confusing.

Ninja Scroll with subs is great. The dub takes flavor out of the script. In the bathe scene, Jube says a few things that are dub'ed into toothless one-liners that lose the scene's momentum. Also in general, the dub dehumanizes the devils whereas the sub presents them with greater depth; I guess in the US, we don't want to know very much about the ones we are supposed to hate.

Fist of the North Star is about the same sub or dub...silly, but classic.

MD Geist I've only seen sub, and never really understood how there could be a sequel and have yet to see it.

There are more but each dub depends on who does it and how well it is done. Some things are just lost in translation, so a major part is how the original story was written.
