    Dandruff

I got it bad. Like il wash my hair clean and it will be clean but then 2 hours later i got flakes comin down if I shake my head. Its drivin me crazy!! Any suggestions on a way to get rid of it? I cant wear black shirts and im a little self conscious about it.

Btw I use Old Spice Hair and bath for shampoo.

The problem with head & shoulders and other off the shelf dandruff shampoo's is that they don't eliminate the problem, what they do is cause the flakes to stick to your scalp for a while and that's why they come back so quickly. I had flakes too, I'm hairy as an ape, and a hairdresser told me to use some shampoo and conditioner that they sell at hair salons. I got a good deal on it because she's a friend of mine, but honestly it is the best stuff I have ever used it's called AG shampoo and AG conditioner. And AG isn't even the top shelf stuff. It is worth every penny, especially if it really bothers you.

            SOLD!!

just make sure to leave it in your hair for about 2 min before rinsing

A lot of the conventional anti dandruff shampoos will make it worse actually.

Plus, you know how many people are 'allergic' to certain shampoos and don't know it? many.

IMO, best thing here would be a more natural alternative; try looking for a good strong shampoo at your local health food store.

                              life is good.
