i have an opportunity to buy a 93 accord 5-speed for $2000...the only thing wrong is that the water pump is bad and needs to be changed...has about 112,000 miles with a recently changed clutch. should i get it? im going ot check it out on friday, what should i check for? im really thinking about this since my turbo build will go alot quicker if i dont have to worry about downtime because i have a spare car as a daily driver.

make sure the tranny shifts nicely, also check for any obvious leaks of fluids and smells. Make sure that the water pump in the only thing that's making noice. Other than that if the body is straight and interior is nice, I think it's a good buy
