Wow, I really like it. Now if they can only get the thrid party support so their games don't suck ass and actually take advantage of the hardwares obvious superior specs then it should be in great shape.

I've already seen the specs and mock-up for PS3 and all I can say is wow. The competition is pretty fierce.

Dude Xbox rules all so i dont know what your talkin about with its shitty games.....halo halo 2 best game ever......ps2 and gamecube cant compete with microsoft....but its your opnion which is cool but i like xbox lol.....i dont think they should go with that design but who knows....

Halo 2 is soon to become a multi-platform game and that game hasn't even tapped the Xbox 1's possibilities in hardware, all of Xbox's sports games suck, all or Xbox's driving simulators suck, should I go on?

Xbox has even canceled development of future sports games for the next complete year while they get their "stradegy" together. Nintento and Sony may not be able to compete with Microsoft's money but their game systems are slapping it up hands down, it's an industry fact not a matter of opinion.

The Xbox is a wonderful machine unfortunately the company behind it doesn't know how to capitalize on it YET. They have all new management and game developers now and they are tring to get some exclusive third party developers on board so the future looks bright. But don't deny the obvious at the moment, the Xbox sucks.

Halo 2 will never be a multi-platform game....visit bungie.net and look around for a few...they are owned by microsoft so i dont think they are just going to let them release it on other consoles....

The sports games are pretty much the same for every console....ea sports makes them or espn..so i dont know where your going with that. and Xbox's graphics are far better then both which makes them that much better.

XBox is releasing a driving game that is going to kill gt4 so just a wait a few on that...

Xbox has the best multiplayer games, online games, features, etc. ps2's online sucks and doesnt compare to Xbox and as far as gamecube goes the only thing that it has is resident evil 4 which doesnt compare to halo 2, fable, star wars knights of the old republic..soon doom 3 and half life 2, list goes on for "stradegy", "1st person" games and where are ps2's

Those concepts are just photochops, that one in the first post looks cool, it does look like the monitor! But notice it said "XBOX 360" which makes me think its just a XBOX1 with a different body. Each has it's own distinct advantage. That's why I own a Gamecube, PS2, XBox and 1 bitchin' PC.. all for games.

Gamecube-Resident Evil (King of the Hill in this genre)
PS2-Gran Turismo 4 (King of the Hill due to lack of competition, maybe Forza will cause Sony to step it up, but I don't expect it at first.)
XBOX-Halo 2 (eh, have had it since Christmas and haven't really played it that much. It's a game like Unreal, you either love it or you don't.) I think XBOX has yet to reach it's potential. With new hardware, there's lots of coding that must be learned. Just look at the games at the beginning of a consoles life and then 2 years later when programmers better learn the language.

PC-Lot's more than both of them put together with more attention to detail that you can't cram onto 1 DVD/CD.

To me, PC wins hands down bar none. You just can't cram everything you need to make a game surreal on a console as you can a 3.7Ghz PC with a smokin' graphics card.

I give all the platforms credit.. Just imagine if they all weren't like us pullin' our dick$ out sayin' "mine's bigger" they could get together and have one awesome game machine. But, I don't see that happen. Most every developer, manufacturer or programmer thinks they ultimately have the best way of doing things. An example, I could suggest things to Kazunori Yamauchi that would only improve the game and he would probably look at me like what I just told him would ruin it. It's one man's vision of how it should be resulting in a less than perfect product.

As for driving games, the PC'ers are still running games released in 99-2002 that have more physics and scalability than the most reacent platform games.

You can't mention any platform or game that someone's not an expert on it. Kinda like cars..

i like the ps2 controller. the xbox controller isnt ergonomical at all. for that reason alone id pic ps2 as a better console.

yeah of course PC's are better...but Xbox pretty much is a PC..as far as hard drive, video card..etc...

i think in your case for halo 2 . the people who are good at it like it and the people that arent say it sucks... but who knows...

i do remember when i owned my dreamcast that it hung with ps2 so thats when i lost all hope of ps2 going any where especially over xbox....

I prefer PS2 over all the systems, reasons being.

-Computer - You have to worry about meeting system specs, which can mean frequent upgrades. Therefore it's cheaper to play on any console.
-Gamecube - Lack of games, I think Gamecube is an excellent system, but nobody wants to develop games for it, which is really unfortunate.
-Xbox - I don't care too much for the controller, but I think it's joysticks are the best ever. It doesn't have as many games available for it as playstation though. Halo is awesome but I lost interest in the 2nd one, I've beat Halo 1 a hundred times though.
-PS2 - Largest selection of games, more "good" games by ratio than any other console, IMO best controller (prob just cuz I'm used to it) plus the PS1 hooked me for life.

BTW, I own all the consoles and a PC(duh) so I'm not a fanboy. What I meant by fanboy is someone who looks down on all other consoles and claims his is the best by far, like the link I posted describes. That's just asinine.
