Im soon to be 29 years old and due to the lack of jobs in my area was forced to file for disability since im 80% deaf and have 3 fucked up disks in my back. I have a wife and 2 awsome boys who are 6 and 3. I feel like a piece of shit some times for filing for disability at my age and not showing my boys what it means to work hard for your family.

Yo trickedaccord92 you have to make the business work for you. You honestly should work for internet companies by creating your own franchise and have them open up some accounts or leave fliers at their doorstep along with the mail.

Everytime you make a sale into interesting someone on their account and sticking by them for satisfaction assuring them good quality service you can get more money because they will reccommend people to you. Thats how you make the real money bro. Then you can network and get so much fuckin money. Give them a really good ass discount and you should be good. So instead of working someone have them work for yu but get a bunch of fliers and distribute it to them everyone uses the internet and tell them if they order now theyll get one month of netflix for free from you personally.

Anyone who is dumb enough to bring their "street style" to an interview, or even when applying to a job... they don't deserve the job.

I wear jeans with holes in them, small black undershirts as tshirts, and either a pair of beat up Chucks, or a pair of beat up Doc Martens. That's my normal everyday style. I also own 3 suits, 2 pair of dress shoes, and more shirts and ties than I can count. I also have "nice" jeans, polo shirts, casual button down shirts, etc... for situations that call for something nicer than my usual style, but not as dressy as a suit or shirt and tie.

When I go for a job interview, I'm interviewing THEM.



1993 CB7 LX, have you looked into foodservice? Cooking, serving, hell... even bussing tables... You can make decent money doing that, especially if you find the right place to work. I managed to finish my last 2 years of college while paying a mortgage (and modify the CB... wheels, paint, HIDs, suspension...) on part-time waiter hours at a really shitty Bennigan's. I wasn't making a whole lot of money, but it was enough. The job SUCKS, but it's decent, flexible, and waiter jobs aren't hard to get, even with no experience. An added benefit is that you'll be working with a LOT of girls... enough to make you forget all about that immature piece you had recently.
The Northeastern part of the country is the best place to be a waiter... we get the best tips. Down south, or out west... notoriously bad for tipping, for some reason. (Cali might be good... I'd think so, but I don't know.)

I just looked up where you live... I'm an hour away but I work in that area sometimes... The job thing... If you want a good job you probably need to travel because in that area its going to be hard...

As said before UPS hires almost anyone and they are hiring at the hub near me. Billerica Ma.. But its an hour for you and the pay is only 10 an hour.
