    Intel > AMD (still)

Im glad I jumped ship when I did. Its so sad to see all the hype get flushed down the toilet when the much anticipated Bulldozer underperforms the i5 that's been around... and isnt even Intel's top contender, in that same price range.

Sandybridge ftw! And to think, amd just showed their cards and lost... intel hasn't even brought out ivybridge yet.

I usually use AMD... but my needs are far below the limits of low-end 3 year old processors.

I'm still going to stick with amd even if they can't make some super high end processor. I'm not buying top end im only buying mid range not a $300 cpu.

I actually wouldn't consider anything amd makes to be "high end". The intel extreme chips are high end. The 2600k is very midrange, and everything else is normal. A $100 dualcore amd is basic.

5 or 6 years ago AMD was the shit IMO...But I hate to say it intel's had my attention the last 2 years. I finally bought my first intel computer ever (my i7 laptop). To say the least I am impressed, now if apple would come around (perhaps going back to RISC Chips?)....
