    Violence anyone?

    I have two flashes to post, the first one glorifying violence,
    and for this first one you should set the quality to low, b/c its very graphics intensive (right click-quality-low)

    The second one was made by a kid who just recently killed a lot of people...
    For those who don't realize what this is about, this entry was submitted by Jeff Weise who recently carried out a horrible school shooting before ending his own life.

    btw he made the second one, but not the first. I posted the first because
    a. it kicks ass
    b. just because you glorify violence in media, doesn't mean you will commit violence in life, nor does it mean that you are a violent person.

    I've always frowned on the connection between life and art that the media makes so frequently...

      I agree he was talented, but I don't know why he would want to do such a thing and end his life, and the lives of others. It's a shame that I can't easily explain.

        It's a shame his teachers didn't do their job and care for their students. I student teach in schools occasionally, and I have to say, even though I'm there only once in a while, I can easily tell which students have problems and which ones don't. I go out of my way to talk, and befriend the student or 2 who is outcasted. It's a cold harsh reality that things like this happen, and have happened in recent years more than anyone could have imagined. You could blame it on the media, video games, music, but what it comes down to is actual caring for students. Students have been neglected and treated badly for years, just this day an age, violence is glorified to some extent, and these children become mishaped by it. Words can't express my sadness for those poor people.

            So if I took a napkin, folded it in half and set it on a silver platter, would that be art? Too many things are considered art these days. I could shit on a plate and hand it to some hippie art museum (real ones wouldnt take it) and theyd put it in an exhibit.

              The attitude you're taking is about trying to make an absurd point, if you truly put yourself into something, in an act of expression, most would consider it art.
              But like they say, talking about art is as useless as dancing about architecture.

                is this supposed to be about the shooting or some flash movie? if its about the shooting...why have the last 3 school shootings happend in my state (minnesota)??

                  Exactly! It's about both, the second flash I posted was made by the kid that shot those people. I thought I would provoke some discusion. And about minnesota, maybe they're just tired of us making fun of them cuz they say "Eh?" and such like in Fargo. Oh ya, eh?

                      nah, I don't think that's it, if there's a lack of security in MN, it's prob the same or worse here in FL, or most other states. And bad parenting, well shit, that can be found in any state as well. Those couldn't be the reasons.

                            I can't understand why you bitches are getting upset over the fact that this guy executed a bunch of dumbass jocks.

                            That's pretty cool how some people actually have the guts it takes to shoot the fucking jocks or those preppy popular bitches and don't give a fuck about the consequences or the world's opinion.

                            It's quite unfortunate that this young man was made to do what he did, as he was very talented and intelligent. However his death was a worthy sacrifice. Through bravely sacrificing his life in battle he destroyed 9 of his enemies.

                            Rest in peace, soldier, and know that your heroism was not in vain and will not be forgotten.

                              Well, people just say things to get others stirred up, that guy is probably like a 12-13 year old kid, another dumbass on with internet access.

                              But did you say your school doesn't have motion detectors? Are the other schools in your country run by the CIA schools don't have motion detectors this isn't Splinter Cell.
