That driver's side quarter panel is fucked. If the car is free, there's a reason for it. Just opening a whole new can of worms if you were going to fix it up to drive it.

It might be free, but the repairs are not.

Right. That rear quarter alone is as bad as rust. That's not a CB worth saving. Not rare, not in good shape... no point. It's good for parts and scrap, or a dirt track car.
