    Making Your own airbox better than cai

    This old guy is awesome, i love the custom Honda wooden/fiber covered air-box he makes that's pretty cool. But i think the homemade fiberglass one is epic. Is that a J-series in that civic???

        That first video was sweet, would the turbo on the car defeat the purpose of the cai? Just a thought but I was told it makes more of a difference on na cars. When I ran on the dyno the hood up and down made a 4 hp difference alone.

          Was there a debate needing a CAI on a turbo car? I dont even run a filter let alone any intake tube or box lol. I would rather see some results of a n/a car.

                I was thinking of putting my airbox back on w/o filter between my main intake pipe and the pipe that runs outside the car.

                    i saw a few vids online about how the stock airbox making more HP than a short ram and a CAI making the same HP as the stock airbox. after i saw that vid i stopped considering adding an intake on my cars

                      I watched the mighty car mods bust the pod filter myth. they definitely decrease power for small displacement, n/a motors..
