I never thought i would see the day...

Welp guys! this is it. I officially miss my black cb7 .

It took 5 years to understand why i felt to empty inside working on my mercedes but now i know what the underlying cause was. I enlisted in the military in May 2009 and i left it in Chicago with my family. My brother then sold it to an "asian kid, perhaps cambodian" late 2009-mid 2010.

Its a 1992 Honda Accord Lx sedan Black with grey interior 5 speed.

The work i have done to it the last time i saw it:

-Spectre intake blue (haha i know)
    -Exedy stage 2 clutch
    -ebay header
    -clear corner lights
-tein basic coilovers (no damper adjustment )
    -ingalls camber kit
    -ARP extended wheel studs
    -kicker speakers 6.5 front/6x9 rear
-red prothane polyurethane bushings front and rear
    - cd5 rear corner lights
    - stanley side markers
    -diy crappy grille

    help me find my baaaaaayybe!

Here are some pics of how it looked:

    rust spot front passenger:

    cancer:

if anyone has any leads please help me get my baby back baby back baby back!

"Moderate damage" probably means it was sent to the boneyard
This is why i don't ever want to sell mine. I know I'll miss it, and I know it will be abused.

At least you didn't see it. Just recently I found my for sale, completely totaled, guess the guy rolled it somehow. Sad all the time and effort I put into that thing gone.
          wat?

I feel you on that man. i couldnt imaging how devastated i would feel to actually see this thing in person, i would probably break down (no pun intended) All the memories of HS/GF/College gone.

Dont worry my brother sold the car on my behalf. I thought i was done with owning that accord or CBs in general but it was only skin deep. When i was stationed in Las Vegas i ended up owning 3 (with the first 2 being a total PITA and the 3rd being my daily for 1.5 years).

i totally would have kept it had i known my dad and brother actually enjoyed driving it and how much joy/experience it has brought to me. I guess im kinda glad i found out now instead of hopelessly wandering Wisconsin trying to find it. This experience showed me you cant have it all even when you have the cash ready and it totally gave me some closure. I can finally move on.

I know I will miss mine which is why I too have not and do not want to part with any of my cars.

Knowing full well that the next person that buys it just sees it skin deep. That is:

Just a well taken car of old car (what a great find for me)
I can now take advantage of the useful life it has and run it to the ground (this is only temporary and I want to race and abuse it)
No chance in hell will I restore it or maintain it (Im going to save for mods and things I can brag about, new stereo and rims first)
I see it as being disposable till I can get a better more trendier car (I will only have this car for a year who cares about this crappy car)

Knowing full well the next owner has no care (deeper appreciation than just a just shallow recognition of it's immediate usefullness)would make me angry and really regret it.
