      well id sort of assume someone spending 5k on a car that can only be used on the track would have that figured out. 5k for an almost ready to go track car is a good deal.

        Assuming it doesn't need another 5k to be up to spec with current regulations. It doesn't say when the last time the car competed was, so it could be in need of updating, or major components may need to be replaced to ensure safety on a track (that's all speculation, though... could be in perfect race-ready condition as-is, too.)

        And yeah. If you had a garage and a trailer already, or the money to shell out to get said things, the overall cost could still be cheaper than a $25,000 B-spec racer.

        As said, it's the perfect car for someone who wants exactly what it is.
