My Honda is heavily modified and I've been pulled over once. I happened to be doing 15 not paying attention. I never get profiled. Even with a modified exhaust. It's how you drive that gets you profiled.

Yes from aus, police dont police the actual townships. They just drive around in cars looking to meet quotas.
Only in capital cities do they walk the streets.
Its as if their only ever seen when called, cars are much safer than the 1960's whern most current limits are still used from.
In recent years freeways speed and suburban have both dropped by 10 kilometers. New school zones another drop by 10 at certain times.
Even though the kids dont use the road the entire day unless getting dropped off or picked up.
I live across from a elementrery school. Kids know not to leave the yard im always throwing balls back to them.
Variable speed signs for areasw ould be nice. That sense rain. But soon enough i see all cars being gps speed restricted so they wont be able to speed anyway.
