Do CB7s come with an F20A? It was a Coupe EX and let me tell you for it being in the junkyard the engine bay looked new. I yanked the valve cover because it was so nice looking. :P

It must of been a motor swap from eBay. The link told me the F20A was Europe and Japan only motors. It's weird seeing a F20A in the junkyard though.Originally posted by illinois_erik View Post

Why from ebay? You can get them from reputable engine importers.
But yes, the F20A was never sold in this market. Both SOHC and DOHC varieties came in the CB. The F20A DOHC was perhaps the sportiest engine found in the CB chassis, rated at 150hp (there are a few SOHC F22A engines that are also rated at 150hp... but the DOHC is sportier, I feel
)

Should've bought the engine!
I once found an HMO h22a in a 4 door at the junkyard. I couldn't believe someone would let it end up like that. I would've bought it, but someone took the valve cover and the whole head was rusted.
I wish I could trade my heart for an extra liver, just so I can drink more and care less.

I just knew when I saw it something wasn't right about it being in that CB.
Why should I have bought it, is special in some kind of way? It was only SOHC.Originally posted by bassrock234 View PostShould've bought the engine!
