For those of you guys that don't know, Betzi was a 1991 Honda Civic Sedan that I had fallen in love with and it was destroyed and sent to the junkyard behind my back.

So I recently talked to Betzi's original owner, I haven't really ever talked to the guy since the incident. The last time I saw him, We told him betzi was done for and he had a sad look and drove off without saying a word. This time he was gardening and I walked up to say hello. After some talk about jobs and college and whatnot, the subject of his old car came up. He said "I was kinda sad when I found out he blew the engine, You know I was seriously thinking of taking her to a body shop, and getting her rust fixed, no matter what the cost, and put new seats in. Make her new again, you know what I mean? But "douche" really wanted it, he promised me he would take care of it, And I know his dad, his dad likes old cars and knows how to take care of them, and my wife was urging me to get rid of it because we just dont got the driveway space anymore, If only you had asked me before I gave him the keys, Ol' Betzi would still be around" Also he insisted that despite the alarmingly fast oil consumption, betzi's engine was tough as nails and was still almost as powerful as new, a few little burnouts shouldnt have blown the engine, and what I thought was a rodknocking noise was supposedly a broken heat shield vibrating, he said he thinks betzi may have been sent to the junkyard still alive and kicking, or a battery terminal may have lost contact while it was running and the dumbass assumed the engine was gone and had it towed off.
The man says he's buying a 97 camry he really liked because it reminds him a little of betzi, He has no room for this either, but he said hes going to bulldoze and concrete over his flower garden to make a new spot for his camry.
Man, This whole Betzi thing was seriously messed up, If it weren't for that douchebag's greed and entitlement Betzi would still be around, Its a very rare car where I live, I've seen more Lamborghini and Ferraris in my neighborhood than this car. It had so much potential, and man, if cars could talk, this one would have had some pretty interesting stories to tell.
