My first car was a 87 Nissan 200sx 5speed. I knew from the first day I drove it home and the alternator went out that I was in for trouble. From that day on it was nothing, but problems. I ended up replacing all injectors, every single sensor you can think, distributor, and anything else you can think.

On way up to pick up my 90 ex coupe it gave me a final fuck you and completely crapped out on me. Another $500 bucks later it was running again and I finally got rid of that POS. I paid $1495 for it and got $2500. I still think I ended up losing money with all the repairs I made. Oh well, I was happy to get rid of it.

Had to dump my 90 ex when the rust problem because too much of a hassle. Then I picked up my 93 ex coupe 5speed and that is my current car. Shes been so good to me the almost 5 years I've own her.

1990 Acura Integra GS - 5 speed Sedan. It was black exterior, with charcoal/black mixed cloth seats. No sunroof, but it head the better looking rims of that year & didn't have any pin stripe along it's side like I've seen on others. I haven't seen one yet exactly like it. Got the car with 149,000 miles from father's co-worker for only $1000 cuz it had dent in front right of bumper, had it replaced and a driver CV boot...no probs since, ran beautifully. This car is what got me into Hondas & it would have been modified if I didn't wreck it.

Anyhow, I wrecked it in a roll-over at 202,000 miles at about 60-65 mph doing down some expressway, some bitch cut into me changing lanes @ 80 mph. I jerked steering wheel to not get hit, and let off accelerator and all i know is I was counter-steering twice to left, then the car went complete 90 deg to left skidding sideways at what I estimate 60-65 mph and then I went of 5 ft ditch on side of expressway, which caused the one complete rollover back onto wheels. Driver side A-pillar was dented in, front windshield smashed, left side of car dented in, 3 of the tires had came off rims from skidding sideways. I walked away with a scratch on elbow from armrest friction.

          1991 Ford Escort GT Black

It was in perfect shape, low milage, killer system, 5 speed, ect.

I took care of it just like I used to my Accord before it started pissing me off.

I totaled it my sophmore year of high school by a stupid "fail to yield" and I went head on with a jeep. I am very lucky to be alive today, but I sometimes miss my escort because my dad gave it to me as a gift and he loved that car too.

Then, my second car was a 1991 Ford Bronco (white) V8 5.0. That bitch has some power (my daily driver at home). It's white just like the OJ mobile.

Now, my Accord. Don't know if I am planning on buying another Accord (SE) or a Lexus as a daily driver.

                      Haha, werd!

My first ride was a 1986 Chevy S-10 Blazer. It was 2 door, 2.8L V6 (topped it out at 95MPH ). And the best part was that the back seats folded down and made a huge flat bed. In high school it was known as the "Shaggin' Wagon".

My second ride was a 1988 Chevy S-10 Pick-Up w/ a 5 speed. Same exact model just a pick-up version. It had a restored engine and had pretty good torque. I could take Hondas off the line, but after about 30MPH, it was all over for me

Then of course came my CB7

Hmm, I'm thinking I'm way old compared to a lot of yall . . .

First car . . . 1982 Subaru GL hatchback (didn't get it until the 3rd year of college, so any of you H.S. kids whining about not having a car, no sympathy from me!)

I thought it was way tough, I didn't even care about speed or performance at all then. It was rated for all of 68 HP and it felt like 28 WHP. It was barely faster than a VW hippie campus bus.

I just liked the fact that it was 4WD and wasn't likely to get stuck on the way out to a mountain bike race or whatever (I was into NORBA racing back then). I was big into car stereo though - at the end, I had like a million speakers in it (I can remember 6 1/2"s in the doors, 6" x 9"s in the rear sides (I built custom panels for them), 3 1/2"s in the dash, tweets on the front A-pillars and under the stereo (my idea of a "center channel" ), two Kicker plate tweets in the rear, and a 12" Bazooka tube AND two Kicker sealed 10"s - all hooked up to a Clarion SHAFT UNIT tape deck!!! (I had lots of amps too, don't think I was series-ing all those speakers off deck power. I wasn't quite THAT stupid).

I also added strobe lights to the interior (Radio Shack home security 12V strobe units) and wired them into the siren output for the alarm too with tiny little cylindrical relays also obtained from the Shack - I had no knowledge of a Bosch SPDT automotive relay at that point.

Since then I've owned (and sold) -

'84 Isuzu Impulse (also filled to the gills with speakers)
'90 Nissan Sentra (one of the only cars I've owned with a blown-tail-light indicator light - why don't other cars have this simple feature???)
                          '87 Camry
                          '90 Integra GS
                          '91 Ford Taurus SHO
'77 Ford Capri RS (a project car that never really got going)
A whole bunch of '88-91 CRXs (I get them cheap, fix them up and sell them)

Especially living here in Colorado, where there are lots of hills and very little oxygen to make HP with, I will never buy/own a car with less than 120 HP every again . . .

My first car was a 1995 flat black Maxima SE. Fully loaded w/a stick...my dad got it new and custom ordered. I remember when the truck brought it to our house.

My dad got tired of driving stick and got an I35, and handed down the Max to me. I knew the car inside out cause I taught myself how to teach stick before my dad got his new car. The day I got it though I got hit by a Ranger in the side...from there on my car looked like crap cause we only had liability and got some dummy to do the bodywork. It was strong though, only had ~70K miles on it, so the engine was good. I had that car for almost exactly a year, and then one night I was out, and the right front tire blew in the rain. I spun around clockwise and the right front of the car hit a guardrail. The car was totaled...I sold it for like $1700 to some guy who wanted the motor/tranny/interior.

I worked for a summer and put money in for my next car...my uncle did some mega searching in MD and VA and he found my 93 Rosewood Brown 4dr 5spd EX CB7 for $2200. The crazy thing is, it's in way better shape and had less miles than my Max did, and it's still prob. worth like $6K. All I've had to do was replace the rear rotors and the radiator, and it runs like a champ. Once it gets to 100K I'm probably gonna do a 11.0:1 full rebuild with a F22B1 or H23, or just swap in a H22 and give it to my little brother. Outside of the loss of 50HP, foglights, and going from black leather to burgundy carpet, I def. love the CB7 way more than the Max. Once I finish all my mods it will be even better...

I've only seen 2 Merkurs in my life... Awesome looking cars though! I might consider one of those as a toy, when I finally decide to get something else to play with...

And Maximas, especially the mid-90s models, are some of my FAVORITE cars of all time. They just look so tough and classy at the same time.
