this is somewhat rural....but it's a neighborhood.......which i hate, but i will be respectful of everyone's quiet time.....i'm not asking the guy to not breathe so loudly at 4pm.....just that fireworks are fucking stupid, in a neighborhood, at 12am, especially when over my place...........here's the full story on the dude:

-25 years old, jobless for 1.5 years
-lives with parents
-does every drug imagineable (even now, read on)
-parents bought him the place beside me since he agreed to quit drugs
-has a gf but no kids and he's had no reason to be mature about anything
-obviously doesn't care about other people's space
-he's about 5'10" 150 lbs......i can curl the fuck......and throw him, pretty far
-has no car of his own
-pretty much defines the word loser
