From what I've heard it was originally in the game, but they were told to cut it in order to get a MA rating instead of an AO rating. Instead they just made it "hidden" so it was in the code, but not in the game. Now a coder made a patch that would let you see it. I believe someone released a gameshark code for ps2/xbox to show it as well. I don't think it's a big deal, but it doesn't surprise me in America. Violent, deplorable violence is OK as well as they don't flash a titty. BTW, why is the guy fscking with his clothes on?
