so as the title states . . . i broke my computer. i was cooking some ramen for dinner cuz i was hungry and too lazy to see if the dining hall was open, and i didnt feel like investigating to see if it was in fact open or not . . . so i was letting the ramen cool next to my computer, and i began to get parched. there was a case or soda up on the shelf above where i was sitting and i reached for it . . . and the box ripped and crushed the cup of ramen which spilled all over my computer . . . is there anyway i can save my computer? . . . im letting it dry but when i tried to turn it on this morning the caps lock, scroll lock, num lock and some other random light blinked and nothing else happened . . . could i have fried my mother board and processor? Is there any possible way it could still work after it completely dries? . . . i know some of you guys are good with computers so maybe you can help me answer these questions . . . thanks in advance

I'm thinking his computer is a keyboard (laptop). If that's the case it may take some work. Do not turn it on. Remove the battery, disassemble and clean it. If it's just a desktops keyboard, disassemble it (unplugged) clean it and reassemble.
That's all you can do, make sure it has completely dried before you attempt to reassemble it and turn it on.

where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.

if its a laptop dont power up....my gf spilled sprite in my laptop and fucked the keyboard up...i ending up replacing the keyboard.....just let it dry out for a few days...let it sit upside down ...you can buy replaceable keyboards for your laptop...i got mine off of ebay for like 60 bucks and made my girl buy it!!!
if its a regular keyboard....just throw it in dishwasher..but since you live @ school i doubt you have one..... just replace it with a 20 dollar one..
not sure on the details of your lil spill....
the key to spilling moisture on electronics..is turning it off asap...after that you want to turn it upside down..and let moisture run out...let it sit for a few days..maybe under a fan...and then power it up...
