i <3 cops

well i finally got ahold of an officer, just happend to be a chp. i asked him if he could sign off my frontplate/ride height ticket, and his response was "they gave you a ticket for that!??!!?" i laughed. i was extremely surpised, but this guy was cool as shit. he mentioned the rule about nothing being lower than the bottom of your rim, as he pointed out that my mudflap was a little too low... but then proceeds to say, i dont give a shit about that. apparently there are things out there more in need of attention than a lowered car.

so he signed those off, no prob. then i asked him about the modified exhaust laws on db ratings. told him i had looked online, and supposedly, as long as i have a cat, you can do anything to your exhaust as long as it stays below 95db. so i start my car for him and he listens. tells me theres no way thats illegal... there are harleys out there thatll drown your car out. and again, he's right. i finally found an officer thats being fair about the situation.

so eventhough the dick cop marked that my "modified" exhaust is not correctable... the chp signed it off anyways. he told me, when i goto court, tell them that my exhaust had been checked by a chp officer and that it is legal. and of course he wrote his badge# and the fact that he is a chp on the ticket. all i gotta say to those dick cops is... HAHAHA. and thanks to the honest ones out there like the one i met today.

Yeah, i think harleys are somehow except to noise pollution tho.. haha

and cops will find anything to dick you on, but of course you know that..

one of the cops that wrote off my fix it ticket gave me a wtf look on my car.. they said it doesnt look that bad.. and the cop told me.. "stay away from chula vista..those cops are asses.." HAHA! i love sdpd! somtimes..

There are plenty of cool cops. Out of the 4 times Ive been pulled over, 2 have been cool, ones been an ass, ones been..eh, ok.

That rocks, I wish more cops would be cool about stuff. Then maybe minorities wouldn't be so scared of them. I got pulled over in my old car once, after the cop saw that my last name was Garcia he asked if I had any weapons. They never ask when they think I'm white. I look very white. Unless you're hispanic you probably wouldn't know I was half hispanic(some kind of hispanic radar). My dad gets asked that all the time because he's much darker then me.

Just because my skin is a bit darker doesn't mean I have weapons in the car! racism=bad

When he asked that, I was thinking "Please don't shoot me, my license is in my wallet!" I got scared when he asked that, I thought he was gonna draw on me.
