is this camera a decent buy. i can get it for under 100 dollars. I am looking for something to just hold enough footage for max 30 min. Is this just junk or not. I am mainly going to use this with it

try it if you want. but from past experiences, especailly with electronics... you get what you pay for. i know mustek is some shit brand they try to push on the home shopping network.

just get a nice, but cheap digital camera... most take video too. i have a kodak ls753, you can probably get one new for under $200. its a 5mp camera and takes 640x480 mpeg2 video. what i like about this camera, video length is only limited by the size of the memorycard you have. alot of cameras only allow, 1min clips, or whatever time they set.

yeah but on frame rate with the higher MP is lower so its jerky. But i am going to be using an attachment camera that has a 480line res. i have seen some video from is and its awesome.
