Sorry everyone, normally I would never post a thread like this but I am furious and don't know what else to do at this point. I sent "racer94" $100 via Paypal on June 12th for five items; instrument cluster, seat belt control unit, front bumper beam, front bumper foam absorber, and the left side axle intermediate shaft. He sent me the cluster and the foam (which BTW was broken into three seperate peices) but nothing else. I have sent him several emails over the last few months and he has pretty much given me every excuse in the book..."I have been out of town", "I forgot", " I lost your address", and countless other lame excuses. Now he won't even replay to my emails anymore and I am pissed off to no end. I'm not talking about a $5 mirror switch or something here...this is $100 worth of parts that I'm getting screwed out of! What should I do? Has anyone else here had any problems with this guy?

hmmm I thought this was allready confirmed that "racer94" was indeed a scammer? Sorry about your loss..... hope you get your stuff man. Good luck.

The piece of shit scammed me! Got my money back though (I had to hire a lawyer). He gave me the same damn excuses!

your not the only one that got scammed. I also got scammed out of $50, kept using the same excuses. He had given me a phone number awhile back in june.

Ah ha...so he has scammed others too, huh. I'm filing a complaint claim against him with Paypal so we'll see how that plays out. If this issue still isn't resolved, I'll definately be looking into getting a lawyer as well.

you might want to contact di2accord or PM me and ill get you his number, he apparently bought some 5 speed parts from him and im not sure if he has recieved them.. but he should have a ton of info on the guy i know he has called him on numerous occasions. but if you guys can get his address i am about 3-4 hours away..

Unless you got the extra insurance on paypal, youll only get back as much as is in his paypal account. I got 3 of my 360 back from mayberry :not just angry but furious:
