Reasonable dent qoute or Dent popper?

Its kinda a long story, but to make it short someone hit me at my job and dented my car. no camera or witness were there to see. so im out of luck. Anyways just wondering guys, from the pictures below, what would be a resonable qoute to get that dent fixed. I mean paint is cracked or anything. Is it worth taking it to get fixed, or betta jus popping it out myself. I havent tryed popping it out myself, but do you think it would work?
Any thoughts, comments, qoutes would help. thanx

I honestly can't tell or see the dent, but what I used to do is take the door panel out and pop the dent out with something soft, but hard from the inside.

my suggestion would be to pop the door panel off, that whole area is accessible from the inside... a piece of wood (wide and soft) tapped with a hammer maybe, just something enough to pop it out in place. bad part is that the side moulding channel looks to be a little pushed in, that might be a bit of work... you can probably make it look better than it does though.

yea i kno mike, really sux. but yea. ima try that out this weekend. Hopefully it'll look reasonable i guess!
