Hey guys...
Well, I have a sorta basic question. I got my new car a month or so ago. It's a 2006 Cobalt SS 2.4 . Now, it's a leased car, so I can't really modify it too much. Now, I asked my dad today and he said that if I can come up with enough cash to cover my car payment, and the cost of a beater car plus insurance, that I can buy it. In otherwosrd, a project car. Becasue tha tway, I have my daily driver (Cobalt), then my money pit project car (CB7 / other import).
Soo... What I was wondering is this. How much can I get a CB for now? Maybe a wagon, but preferably a coupe or sedan. Cartainly a stick. Running if possible. Mileage doesn't matter. Just, what can I pick up a solid starter Accord for? I mean, I bought my Accord for 3,800...but I'm looking more in the ballpark of a grand or so. Maybe more if it drives solid as is.
Anywhere on the east coast really. I don't mind driving if the body is gonna be swell.
