Okay quick question here, I ordered Omni power coilovers from kteller.com on the 7th of this month. It is now the 16th, and I've had no emails reguarding tracking numbers or anything, I've written them twice asking for some w/ no replys back. I check on their web page and it says payment pending even thought my paypal account say payment is complete? Wtf? Any suggestions or does anyone have a phone number for them

I have done business with Kteller and always got responded to. Usually it took a day or 2 but always got a response. Try emailing them again and let them know you are interested in a status update on your recent purchase.

hello yes we got your payment and show it now as cleared.

Omnipower 90-97 Accord Sport are going to be shipping in 2 roughly
weeks.

they were to be here the first week of jan, but it shows that there is
some paperwork errors with shipping and customs and they needed an
orginal transripts and what we had was a copy of the orginal. so long
story short our arrival update shows the will be here feb 6th. Now it
could be sooner, based on customs and the number of containers.. but
thats a rough eta. sorry for the delay, this is unexpect on both our end
and omnipowers.

What did you expect when ordering a fairly uncommon item from a smaller business? I mean, they're not dinky, but they're no Summit Racing! I'm sure they can't keep everything in stock! Be patient. BTW, the owner of kteller is a member here.

yeah and um still don't have my coilovers, now they're saying they haven't been made yet and we don't know when they'll be in. even though the last email said the would be here the second week of feb

If the manufacturer is screwing around, chances are he's got his hands full right now. Dealing with such small companies can be difficult, and you need to be patient. If you truly want those coilovers, you may have to wait. Simple as that.

dude mike is cool. he has told me personally that he is out of stock and the estimated arrival date of the coilovers was second week of february. he will take care of you man, have faith.
