I remember thinking how stupid this was when I was kid. The only collecting game I ever got into was Magic: The Gathering. Then in HS I realized it was all a waste of money.

hahaha, i was just talking about that shit last friday with my friends. i have over 200 pogs....i didn't buy them or collect them or even know how to play with them...i just happened to find a plastic grocery bag full of em outside of school, back in elementary. no one claimed them after a month so the teacher let me keep em.

i think i have some super rare ones that are prolly worth upwards of 12 cents.

Ohh snap! I had forgotten about pogs. God I must have spent a small fortune on them. Anybody remember the plastic tubes that were literally $10. Biggest damn rip off ever. I remember those little pieces of carbord costing me $.25-.50 a piece. I wonder what ever happened to mine.

I had this bad ass slammer it was shaped like a missle,bomb and it had a hole drilled through it so you can look through the top as you aimed to drop it I used top flip whole stacks with that heavy metal thing...

i had atleast 800... no shame in playing pogs..those were the shit in elementary... we used to play basket ball for pogs....make bets with pogs and gamble with pogs hahaha.... i too got into a fight at school because of it.

Pogs were so popular when I was in elementery school that there were a few days (usually fridays) where we could play in the halls for a few hours.
