If you had to have either the PS2 of the Xbox, what would you rather have? I vote for the PS2, but then again, the Halo parties you can have with multiple box's are awesome.

PS2 is great considering it came out before the XBOX did, but Mr. Gates did a great job on his console. PS2 has a very wide selection of game titles, but XBOX just has those certain games that stick out. We have 16 man HALO tournaments all the time at my college, and it simply rocks.

xbox only has halo.

I say ps2 resaon being. not only is it because its well known also they didnt flop after awhile like the dreamcast. Man they messed up bigtime. As for the PS2 its like it never lets you down.Comment

I'm a little mixed between the two.
Ps2
Ps2 is a great console because of its ability to play ps1 games and ps2s current arsenal so it makes it for a very good console.
On the downside, the 1st generation Ps2s have the flaw of the lens malfunctioning after a couple years..I had mine for two and it completely went dead..then came back to life when I took it apart and got shocked while I was going to examine the circuit board.
Xbox
The only thing I can say about this system is..the graphics are great it has a built in HD. Most of the games that came out for the Ps2 (i.e GTA3 ,GTA:VC) are starting to make apperances on the Xbox as well.Henry R

Speaking on the matter,
- I have an X-box for sale if anyone is interested, my friend Matt had it, Brand new, been played like once or twice, and needed rent so he loan pawned it, well he didn't have the money to get it out so he said he'd rather see me have it for $100 than them.
I really didn't want it because i play games and such on my computer, But i was like what the hell, $100 i'll take it. I bought the damn thing as a DVD player, come to find out, you have to buy a $30 adapter to watch the DVD's, And to be honest, i'd rather have a nice ass $130 dvd player than that. It still has the warranty registration, all papers, 2 demo games, 1 volleyball game. Its practicly brand new...
If anyone wants it let me know, i'd sale it for $115. Not sure what shipping would be but i would pay half.
